About me:

Darren is the founder and creator of Simpleleadgeneration.com and currently works with social media as his platform to develop relationships with like-minded people and mentors others to do the same for their businesses. Growing Up… Darren’s parents were divorced at a young age of 3 and his mother was made to take care of a family of 4, including his elder brother and grandmother. He grew up without a father figure in life to guide him and could only seek guidance from his mother, who was the sole breadwinner and she had to put up a strong front in the face of friends and relatives to show them that everything was fine and she did not need any help. Darren clearly remembers several nights when his mother would cry in her room, as the stress of taking care of the family was too much for her to handle. There were nights when the power supply would get cut off, as his mum could not make the payments on time even though she would work till late to ensure that there was food on the table at every meal time. While studying in school, he would either skip meals or order the cheapest foods just to save enough money to buy the things that he really wanted which all his other friends had – such as a mechanical pencil, card games or his favorite country erasers. Well this might seem nothing to an adult, it means a lot to a child. He grew up with the determination to make sure that his mother would never have to suffer again and would enjoy her life when he got older… with a good JOB! Serving the army… Darren’s life journey did not end there and it was just the beginning. In Singapore, all fit males are required to serve a bond of 2 years in the conscript military. While being commissioned as an Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), which was highly respected, he was not given the respect from his superior in the office. He was made to perform last minute assignments, which made him stay in the office till 2am every so often and he would not have to time to spend with his family back home. Darren was also reprimanded at by his superior for not being able to perform up to standards when there was so much work that one person could do. This was also what the corporate lifestyle is… Realizing he did not liked his life to be in the control others, he decided to himself that there was no way that he would ever work for anyone... he wanted FREEDOM, he wanted CHOICE and most of all, he wanted to be HAPPY with his life. That was when he decided to join the network marketing industry… The industry… Upon joining the industry, Darren was made to call up all his friends, put up advertisements on the newspaper and all these methods DID NOT WORK! Not only that, his friends started avoiding him afraid that he would promote his opportunity to them. He was made to look DESPERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL and it was definitely NOT HOW A BUSINESS IS RUN… and then one day he stumbled across a secret that changed his lifestyle and the way he ran the business… He had finally become what is known as a magnetic sponsor in the industry... A person who gets to choose his leads and qualifies them instead of him chasing leads. If you would like to learn how he did it, you can register at http://simpleleadgeneration.com and send him a personal message via Facebook to learn how you could use social media to EXPLODE YOUR BUSINESS today!
