I think I have most of the hard work done, now its just a matter of coming up with a way of conveying it all.

The man behind the curtain is the Holy Roman Emperor King Juan Carlos of Spain, and the Holy Roman Empire never really completely dissolved. It came back in 1814, just as the Jesuits did, but they remained in the shadows and ruled by proxy and they have consolidated their power ever since. And now the White and Black Popes both are the Holy Roman Empire willing puppets.

I have a good amount of proof already, its just finding the right format and approach.
