Hiyah! Great to hear from you! Thanks for your support. I'm doing better now. The thing I've learned with depression, it's all about how I deal with how I'm feeling that makes the difference. It's the love and support of my friends that's getting me through it. Had an amazing weekend in York with some other peeps who love YFE. To be there, realise that it's not just an online thing, these friendships are real, was incredible. There's another one in London 25-26th July which I'm also going to, can't wait! The dark times are in the past for YFE and the new MS page has been launched - yay! Have you seen it and signed up to the newsletter? Happy Birthday! Sorry this is late, but hope you hope you had a great day. Were you in celebratory mood? It's been ages, so I'm just dropping by to catch up and see how you're doing. How's life been treating you? Things here are a lot better. I have been chronically depressed. Hearing that one of my best friends was killed in a motorbike RTA was the last straw.
