My name is Melissa and over the past 8 years, I have been honored to help my father who has been sick with Cancer, and now has Parkinson's disease. After signing up for several dating sites, he came to the conclusion that he wasn't going to find someone on those. It was a challenge to do so.
Most people he met on those sites, were not compassionate to his disesase. We decided to design a site, just for people with challenges in life. This way, they will be more understanding, since they have also had a challenge in life. No one should have to go through this alone!
You don't have to have a challenge to join, just understand that most people that will join are joining with a challenge, or have had one.
We also have several close friends with Spina Bifida, MS, Sarcoidosis, and many others.
