In the early 1980's, unable to cope with the
prospect of having one of those haircuts,
Dave left his band, The Heroes, became a
Computer Programmer and got married.
However, in the early 1990's, during those long
nights when his children were still babies,
Dave picked up his old 12-string Echo Ranger
and started playing again.
And, lo, there came to him a new guitar style:
original and full sounding. "No one plays it like this,"
mused Dave.
At a party in France, Dave played
for the first time in years. "Give the guitar back to Dave"
they all shouted. Soon after, Dave was asked to play
support for a few bands.
