About me: Well...After boycotting My Space successfully for a couple years-I FUCKING CAVED!!! Guess it happens to the best of us...Seriously though,I've always had a deep love for music-my earliest memories include my mom playing Stevie Wonder's "Songs in the Key of Life" around the house.I began playing drums @ age 15 & got my first "real" drum set for my 16th b-day.
After playing in an endless array of local garage/touring cover bands,I got a break in 2001 with a "fill-in" gig playing for L.A. based,then all-girl band BETTY BLOWTORCH,touring in support of their Food Chain Records debut release-"Are You Man Enough?".Unfortunately,Bianca Halstead(lead singer/bassist)was tragically killed in a car accident in New Orleans 2 days before the tour's end.
If there's such a thing as a silver lining-Rachel Bolan caught the Atlanta show & we began discussing a possible "side project"(The QUAZI MOTORS),which came to fruition in early 2003. After SKID ROW'S then-current drummer quit in May 2004,I got the call. Almost 5 years later I'm still here-The rest,as we say,is history...
