Now here's some bio stuff: "Dave Nash and the Hashbrowns," was recorded in the Summer of 2006 at Aaron Finley's rehearsal space/makeshift recording studio in sunny downtown Los Angeles, California. The studio, with its west-facing, fourth floor view of both the Los Angeles River and the downtown L.A. skyline, was the perfect place to drink beer and watch the sunset over the buildings, while writing and recording a rock and roll record.
In early 2007, Dave completed the simply titled "Spring '07." This 13 song collection consists mostly of solo home recordings, with a couple of appearances from some friends.
Dave has since relocated to Portland, Oregon and is working with drummer Cody Kramer. In May '08 he completed the 6 song "Airplane mini-album." Dave currently splits his music making time between his own music and his duties as guitar player/recording guru in the band Solyoni. Check them out at myspace.com/solyoni and at solyoni.com.
