It varies from song to song, but it's guaranteed that I'm at least playing the guitar on all of them.
Influences
This could get lengthy...I'll try to keep it to the main characters: Gary Rossington, Ritchie Blackmore, Steve Morse, Jeff Beck, Peter Frampton, Michael Schenker, George Lynch, Randy Rhodes, Joe Satriani, Carl Palmer, Rod Morgenstein, Vinnie Appice, Rick Wakeman, Ruggerio Ricci, J.S. Bach, Georges Bizet, Paul Jackson Jr, Chet Atkins, Tommy Walker, Jerry MacPherson, Gordon Kennedy, Chris Rodriguez, The Lord God Jehovah, and many, many more...
Sounds Like
Somewhere between Joe Satriani, Jeff Beck, and Jonathan Dubose...
I've been playing the guitar (and other assorted instruments) for about 28 years now and have been performing live and recording for almost as long. Over the years I've had the privilege of being in the company of so many diverse musicians, from the unknown (like me) to the uberfamous, and one of the coolest things has been becoming friends with all of them and being able to share a common bond of and love for music regardless of the style.
I've been so blessed in this life; wandering somewhat aimlessly, learning what it is to be a man, a husband and a father, sometimes failing but ever learning and getting to experience a few memorable music-related moments along the way.
The songs featured here are some tunes that I played a part in helping to create and also one of my original instrumentals written for someone that I knew years ago...If you like what you hear then please pass on a kind word to the artist (they're probably in my friends list).
I grew up listening to and playing all the hits of the '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s before I handed my disjointed and baffling life over to the God of the universe, the Alpha and Omega, the One who was, is and is to come. Since that time I have been been spending most of my music time in private and corporate worship although I do still record from time to time. You never quite know what will come out of the studio next...
Enjoy the tunes, drop me a line if you wish and peace to you.
