Dave Watts holds a Bachelors degree in Jazz Performance from McGill University and currently teaches bass at Vanier College in Montreal. He has collaborated with many other Canadian jazz musicians including Jeff Johnston, Greg Ameriault, Julie Lamontange, Joel Miller, Bernard Primeau, Hugh Fraser and PJ Perry, and has toured Canada, France, Mexico and Asia. As a sideman he has played on 11 albums with such artists as Dorothy Berryman, Bernard Primeau, George Evans and Julie Lamontange.
