關於我：
I'm pretty "out there" professionally, driven by my passion for my work and strong sense of mission to make a difference in the world.
I'm the founder of Relationship Coaching Institute and BuildingYourIdealPractice.com, and a bunch of related businesses and websites.
I'm a California native and have lived in the San Jose area for the past 25 years. I have 3 kids. My daughter is 18 and headed off to college. I have two boys who live with me part time. A therapist and coach by profession, these days I work from home and am more of an entrepreneur, author, mentor, and speaker with flexible hours and travel benefits!
When I'm not working or being Dad my first choice is to get outdoors and connect with nature. I like to bike, hike, camp, backpack, kayak, sail, scuba, and just sit on the beach listening to the waves. I lead a pretty straight, healthy lifestyle by taking good care of my body, no addictions (does coffee count?), and just an occaisional wine or beer. I enjoy going out now and then, but I'm not a partier. In the evening I like to hang out close to home, watch movies, listen to music, play games, read and cuddle.
I'm a Taurus, my Myers-Briggs type is INTJ and my Enneagram type is 8, so I'm very creative, goal-oriented, and walk my own path in life. I'm generous and desire to please those I care about, affectionate, responsible, caring, work and play hard, masculine, mature-minded, strong, intelligent, loyal, spiritual (but not religious), competent working with my head and hands, and successful in whatever I choose to do.
I'm a risk-taker in life who has always followed my heart and convictions and learned my lessons the hard way. (Ask me about the time I crashed my sailboat on the rocks of Alcatraz!) All of my experiences have given me gifts of learning that I've passed along to others in my work.
I'm the author of "Conscious Dating: Finding the Love of Your Life in Today's World," and am currently working on "Conscious Mating: Is This the Right Relationship for Me?" I found my wonderful girlfriend walking my talk and practicing "Conscious Dating," and now we're practicing "Conscious Mating!"
