Seattle, WA – With his now second album release, The Veil, David Cho continues to passionately press on with the simple message of love, hope and freedom. Seattle-based song-writer and worship-leader, David Cho, is an up and coming artist who plays an infusion of rock through a blend of acoustic and electric anthems. David began his career by leading worship at his local church and has since performed as a solo artist. His debut album, Life Begins in the Middle, is a collection of songs that emphasize the importance of balance in everyday life. Not afraid to reveal painful experiences from the past, his message exudes a comfort of hope & love with passion-filled lyrics that encourage and challenge the mind and soul. Teaming up with, Zak Dewey it’s a project that has been a great stepping-stone for David’s career.
In 2006, David joined two of New York’s finest independent Christian artists like, Koo Chung (singer/songwriter/producer), and Jinny Kim (singer/songwriter), for three separate tours in California, Washington, and the Midwest, gaining further exposure and popularity especially within the Asian demographics.
His most recent release, The Veil (2008), manifests the maturing element of David’s music displaying a strategic use of layering through melodic electric guitars, the calm of the strings, and the emotional story told through his vocals. This new album permeates a quiet urgency for change as David continues to inspire with the message of love, hope and freedom.
