I'm a composer not a band. But I used to play in bands you've never heard of. My ideas were always way ahead of my hands. So I turned to composing. I studied Indian music at Wesleyan and in India, and later started playing bass in bands. Did that for a while in Boston. Went back to school, got a masters from U of Colorado and then a Ph.D. in composition from Princeton in 2001.
Hello, Thank you for finding us and introducing us to your music! It was a treat to stop by and take a listen--especially liked "One Help". Guess we are bias to compositions with guitar and violin:-)
Dear David You have some nice pieces posted, nice the use of spoken voice, combintation of traditions and instrumentations. Thanks, have a good 2008...Christiaan (EBNM)

Goodness! It's David Claman, and I'm stealing up on your virginity comment-wise. How are you? How are things? I haven't heard of you in three-and-a-half years. I'm glad to see you're moving in several directions at once, all of them fruitful.
