Hi. Thanks for visiting my site. I'm currently playing guitar with DEMON. Formed during the first wave of NWOBHM by lyricist/vocalist Dave Hill and guitarist Mal Spooner, Chris Ellis, Les Hunt and John Wright they hooked up with Clay Records supremo, Mike Stone, in 1980, to release their first single, 'Liar'. Issued on blood-red vinyl, in a limited edition run of just 5000 copies, Liar marked the beginning of an incredible story spanning two decades - and counting. DEMON have had several line-up changes through the years due mainly to the death of Mal Spooner in 1984 (Dave Hill’s writing partner). DEMON are quite unique and hard to pigeon hole. The best way to describe their music is melodic rock with an edge and skillfully crafted songs. They now have 11 studio albums and 1 live to album date and have recently released a fantastic double CD compilation of their music titled 'TIME HAS COME – THE BEST OF DEMON', featuring tracks from every studio album to date. It was great to finally see the mighty Demon after all these years. It was a great gig. Sometimes it can be bit disappointing when you have high expectations for a band but you didn't diappoint at all.
Actually past you guys a few time before the gig as your chalet was on route to the main hall but didn't have the balls or the booze to stop and day hello!
No problem with the clips on youtube. I thought the quality was good enough that the band wouldn't mind!

Nice to hear from you. I last saw you at the Queens in Stoke a year or so back, and thought you've fitted into the band a treat - it may be the best ever lineup imho :)

Hi! I can't count..it was 25 years ago....hmm..I went to 2 gigs with MMEB! Västerås on sunday(work on monday)and norrköping yesterday,and worked today as well,so i'm soo tired now,,But it's worth it!!The gigs were amazing!I've downloaded some photos from the gigs,welcome to watch...Hugs!
Dude, Great to hear from you! More than happy to be connected. Saturdays gig at Chaplins was really good, pity we [Carlo and his Mrs] couldn't stay for the duration but next time... Love the band dude, really good sound! And the ZZ thing you have going has really given me the green eyed monster!! D'oh! In any case, I'm sure we'll see each other around.
