Originaire de la région de Strasbourg (France), David fait ses premiers pas dans le milieu des musiques électroniques au milieu des années 90.
En 1998 il sinstalle à Paris, et après quelques années de mix, c'est en 1999 qu'il devient résident de l'émission « Moon » sur RBS 91.9 fm (radio strasbourgeoise mêlant Musiques Electroniques, Black Music et émissions communautaires et culturelles : www.radiorbs.com).
En 2001, il participe avec Chris Luis et Manntof, à la fondation de l'association Moonmen-Prod dont l'activité sera, pendant plus de 6 années, l'organisation de soirées et événements, la promotion d'artistes, etc...
David a également été résident du Mixer Bar (Paris) de 2002 à 2004.
En mars 2004, il quitte l'émission « Moon » et fonde une nouvelle émission, « Alternativa », toujours sur RBS, qu'il co-anime avec Breakphil, Sugar Cake alias Electrogène et Sydney Roy (fondateur du label EVA Records). « Alternativa » prends donc place chaque samedi soir après l'émission « Moon », de minuit à... pas dheure !!! Depuis, il a déjà eu le plaisir daccueillir des d'invités tels que Thomas Schumacher (Spiel-Zeug / Allemagne), Fabrice Gadeau (DV2 / Automatik / Paris), Oxia (Goodlife / Scandium / Grenoble), Flo aka Florent (Kompakt / Funktion / Strasbourg) et bien d'autres.
Le 1er mai 2004, il intègre la nouvelle webradio française exclusivement dédiée aux sons House et Electro : www.radio9.fr (DJ Fex, Tom Pooks, Alex Millan, Mathieu Boutier, Sonic...). Pendant ses 10 mois d'existence il a donc animé l'émission « Rock Da House » (Electro, Minimal, Acid...). Mais ce projet qui a atteint 50000 auditeurs par mois a malheureusement du être arrêté... victime de son succès.
C'est en septembre 2004 qu'il intègre l'équipe du label Techno strasbourgeois
EVA Records. Il seconde donc Sydney Roy pour la direction artistique et a également en charge la promotion du label.
Son travail avec Sydney ne s'arrête pas là car ils se produisent désormais ensemble sous le pseudo de « E-Groove Explorers », dans une formation à géométrie variable car il pourra s'agir aussi bien de battle DJ que de Live+DJ...
2007 marque l'année d'un nouveau défi, celui de la lutte contre la Maladie de Verneuil...
Avec ses amis les plus proches, ils fondent l'association « Let's Play For Life » dont l'objectif est, par le biais de la musique, la récolte de fonds destinés à la recherche médicale pour lutter contre la Maladie de Verneuil.
Musicalement influencé par des styles aussi divers que Funk, Disco ou Reggae, il a d'abord été attiré par les sons Trance et Techno, puis s'est tourné peu à peu vers des sons House et Electro.
Désormais ses mixs sont orientés Electro, Minimal et Techno, avec un réel penchant pour les dancefloors !!!
Son objectif principal est maintenant de produire sa propre musique.
Native of the region of Strasbourg (France), David makes his first steps in the world of the electronic music in the middle 90s.
In 1998 he moved to Paris, and after some years of DJing, its in 1999 that he becomes a resident of the broadcast « Moon » on RBS 91.9 fm (radio in Strasbourg mixing Electronic Music, Black Music and community and cultural broadcasts : www.radiorbs.com).
In 2001, he participates with Chris Luis and Manntof, to the foundation of the association Moonmen-Prod of which the activity will be, during more than 6 years, party and events organization, artists promotion, etc...
David was also a resident of the Mixer Bar (Paris) from 2002 till 2004.
In March, 2004 he leaves the broadcast « Moon » and start a new broadcast, « Alternativa », always on RBS, which he co-animates with Breakphil, Sugar Cake alias Electrogène and Sydney Roy (founder of EVA Records). « Alternativa » thus take place on the waves every Saturday evening after « Moon », from midnight till no hour !!! Since, he has already had the pleasure to welcome a lot of guests such as Thomas Schumacher (Spiel-Zeug / Germany), Fabrice Gadeau (Rex Club / Paris), Oxia (Goodlife / Scandium / Grenoble), Flo aka Florent (Kompakt / Funktion / Strasbourg) and many others.
In May, 2004, he integrates the new French webradio exclusively dedicated to House and Electro sounds : www.radio9.fr (Mathieu Boutier, Tom Pooks, Fex, Alex Millan, Sonic...). During its 10 months of existence he thus animated the broadcast « Rock Da House » (Electro, Minimal, Acid...). But this project which reached 50000 listeners per month had must unfortunately been stopped... victim of its success.
It's in September 2004 when he integrates the team of the Techno label of Strasbourg EVA Records. He thus assists Sydney Roy for the artistic management and also has in responsibility the promotion of the label.
His work with Sydney doesn't stop there because they play henceforth together under the pseudo of « E-Groove Explorers », in a variable-geometry formation because it can involve as well DJ battle as Live+DJ...
2007 marks the year of a new challenge, that of the fight against the Disease of Verneuil...
With his most close friends, they start the association « Let's Play For Life » of which the objective is, by means of the music, the harvest of capital intended for the medical research to fight against the Orphan Disease of Verneuil.
Musically influenced by styles so divers as Funk, Disco or Reggae, he was attracted at first by Trance and Techno sounds, and then turned bit by bit to House and Electro sounds.
His mixes are henceforth directed Electro, Minimal and Techno, tailor made for the dancefloor !
His main objective is now to produce his own music.
