Hey everybody. My name is David and I'm from a little surfing suburb North of San Diego called Encinitas. (aka "Godsland") For the last 7 years I have been working in the Showbiz. I've been fortunate enough to have appeared in a blockbuster film, independant films, guest spots on television, and over 50 commercials both for televesion and radio. All of which cannot hold a candle to doing 5 minutes of Stand Up Comedy in front of a live audience or one drunk dude, whatever...it's awesome! For the past 6 months this crazy art form has recently consumed all of my energy and time. I'll keep you posted on my progress. I have to shower now...

About me: Hello All,
I just got back last night from a 5 day New York City Comedy Blast!! It was my first time performing in NYC and all I have to say is...what an amazing city for comedy! The vibe is electric and the support for live stand up is amazing! I played the Comic Strip Live, where heroes of mine like Adam Sandler and Billy Crystal started out, and where middle aged Jewish women named Hani share my hair style. The Broadway Comedy Club, where the amazing Jim Gaffigan still works out from time to time. Gotham Comedy Club, where idols of mine like the late Mitch Hedberg, and Ellen DeGeneres (she rocked the Oscars) have graced the stage (Thank you Eddie Brill). And oh, how could I forget Maui Taco. This little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant where live stand up is performed in the basement amongst a slew of surfboards, margarita filled New Yorkers, palm trees, and 1/2 a VW Van. AWESOME!! (Thanks for the introduction Sue Ferrer :) As a young comedian, to perform on the same stage where all the greats have lived and made people laugh for years…well the feeling is orgasmic! It was an experience I will never forget. (Live Video of my Performances Coming Soon!!) Thank you to everybody who came out to see me lose my comedy virginity in NYC. My cherry has been officially popped. Now I feel total freedom to whore myself all over that city’s comedy circuit on my next visit. And to all my new friends I met along the way, I hope to keep in touch and see you again on my next journey to the East Coast. Thank you for making my time out there unforgettable!!
