Versatile in many forms of music making, David has performed regularly throughout his career, predominately as a solo pianist. He received his undergraduate degree in Piano Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Ma. David did his graduate work in composition, film scoring and electronic music at San Jose State University. He has studied with, or performed for Jacob Maxin, Patricia Zander, Douglas Buys, Jean Phillipe Collard, Karl Schnable, Gabriel Chodos, Veronica Jochum, Justin Blasdale, Dan Wyman, Allen Strange and Frank Sumares.
David has performed throughout the country and Europe and has received compliments from listeners that include the Prince of Nepal, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, and actors Bill Cosby and Robin Williams and former CEO of Vodophone Arun Sarin.
David continues to perform and record on a regular basis. In 2006 David released his first piano solo cd of the Liszt transcription of Beethoven’s 6th Symphony, “The Pastoral” which may be the American premier recording. In November, 2004, David collaborated with pianist Francis Martineau and released their first CD “On Course. Improvised Piano For Four Hands.”, which was followed by a series of live concerts throughout the west coast of the US. David recently released his second solo cd “Beginning The Journey” featuring all of his own original piano compositions and improvisations. David's music can be purchased at CDBABY.com and itunes.

i listened to your CDs in my mom's car! (she keeps them in her car so i couldn't listen to them unless i get into her car.) they are lovely!! i can't believe you didn't write music before playing them. ill reply to other of your e-mails after i finish my finals.
