About me: Hey Now! Thank you for visiting myspace page. My name is David Lee Joy and I am running for the US Congress in the CA-51st Congressional District in San Diego County.
I am running for Congress because I am fed up with the "do nothing" Congress that exists in Washington DC today. The partisan fighting has caused political gridlock, and the lack of any significant legislation being enacted is happening at the expense of the American people.
I am running for Congress because I am disgusted with the "business as usual" approach to politics in Washington, where the majority of our congressional representatives have sold their votes and their souls to the highest bidder.
I am running for Congress because the politicians in Washington have failed us and IT IS TIME WE CHANGE the culture in DC.
It is time we kick the bums and the career politicians out of Washington.
It is time for a new way of doing business in Washington, it is time to get to work on the people's business.
It is time for new ideas, new energy and a new voice in Washington.
I ask you for your help. I ask you for your vote on June 3, 2008. I ask you to join my team as we form a partnership and work together with one loud, strong voice to build a better future for ourselves, for our families and for our communities.
I want to be your Representative in Congress, the CA-51st Congressional District, and I will be honored to serve you.
