Being an Edinburgh based singer-songwriter for many years it was only after spending much time on the rock scene collaborating and touring with many bands David’s real song writing abilities were found.
‘Sometimes it is an easier set up to go it alone with a guitar but after touring many open mic nights and warm up slots in Scotland (and a bottle of Morgan’s Spice) it was decided to record an album – with a drummer’.
Using the recently founded B & B studios in Edinburgh’s Pilrig Street and long term friends as safe handed musicians the album was created. Recorded in early winter ‘some days’, is due for release in summer 2008 by newly established label ‘on the bright side records’.
