yeah using fst-7 on some body parts then high reps and heavy weight try to keep my reps around 10-25 for 3-4 sets and only train 1 muscle group a week except calfs
That's good! We all need rest sometime you know! But make sure no more than three weeks! You are doing good, haha. I am trying to bulk up, I will be bulking for next year probably! Maybe be in my first competition when I am 18 or 19...
