I like connecting with all kinds of interesting people. My songwriting got rewarded through Billboard Magazine’s 10th Annual International Songwriting Competition (2001), placing third for La Isla de Montreal in the category of World Music. I was Top Finalist in the People's Choice Awards for Down Below in Unisong's International Song Competition (2005). So, with the help of friends and some great musicians, I recorded a purely acoustic début album called Stranger in the Grass, assisted financially by F.A.C.T.O.R.
Combining sounds from roots-rock and the intimate, confessional poetry of the singer/songwriter tradition with contemporary underground programming – the next project is sophisticated, but not disturbing - collaborating with the musical, programming and production talents of Christian Labbé.
