David Sarchet on piano is an extraordinary talent both in performing classic and modern jazz. David is also a composer and has scored many jazz tunes of his own. David comes from a musical family but began his formal training only after finishing college. His influences range from Keith Jarrett, Bill Evans, Horace Silver and many others.
Art Schmidt on bass has been performing professionally since the age of 12. Originally schooled on guitar, he is self-taught on bass with a repertoire that encompasses jazz, R&B, country and rock and roll. His long list of credentials includes venues in 7 states and the US Virgin Islands, and notable engagements include a night with blues legend Nappy Brown at the historic Royal Peacock on Auburn Avenue in Atlanta, GA; a “Red Hot Mama Revue” Broadway-style show in Highlands, NC, and St. Thomas, USVI, and performing at former President Carter’s 70th birthday party at The Carter Center in Atlanta.
Joe Bilardo on drums is one of Fort Myers’s well known musicians. Joe is classically trained with deep roots in jazz and soul. He is a product of a highly musical family, which has played with such jazz greats as guitarist Jim Hall and Pat Metheny. Joe is one of the busiest musicians in southwest Florida, both live and in the studio. Fort Myers blues great, guitarist Danny Shepard, called Joe the “Charlie Watts” of Fort Myers. He makes everyone and everything sound great, as if you have been playing together for years. Playing with Joe makes music exciting, fun and rise to a new level.
