About me: In 1993 David Smyle discovered techno and Deejaying with his friend and mentor John Thomas who was going to become one of the most respected artists of the electronic scene. Then they officiated together at the mythical “S.T.O.R.M.” club, where they played with Laurent Garnier, Jack de Marseilles, Stephanovitch, Eddy de Clerk… At the same time David started the weekly program "Skyrave" on Skyrock radio, and “House nation” on Campus radio. Thereafter , definitively fallen in love with this music,David started to organize techno events (Jeff Mills, Neil Landstrum, Colin Dale…) with his friend Stanley Meyerson. And his dj sets were appreciated in the best French techno clubs(the 4sans in Bordeaux or Rex club in Paris with artists such as Luke Slater, Steve Rachmad, Deetron, Cabanne, Silicon Soul, Fumiya Tanaka, Dan Curtin, Dj Deep, Miss Kittin…). His dj career being successful, he became resident and A.R of the Hi-Tek club. At the same time, Stan and David started musical production and a first "Saw Good"EP was released in 1996.
In 1998,he created his own structure “Module records”, and then Meyerson joined it to organize the monthly parties “Must*” during three years.
Since 2003, David and Stanley have centred their energy on the
discographic production and the deejaying. Quickly their productions nourished by their experience of the dancefloor have been noticed, and thus they have joined Technorient since 2005, with upcoming releases including remixes from Steve Bicknell, Sean Deason and John Thomas...Todays David is the promotor and dj resident of B=/= partys and BlingBlingBoomBox!!!
