Since my youth I've held music as one of my favorite parts of life. At seventeen years I formed my first band, which was called 'Lavender Disaster'. Our sound, which was heavily influenced by bands like 'The Smiths', 'The Pixies' and 'The Verve' , was often described as posh punk. We disbanded in New York City in 2002. Since then I've been writing and performing as a soloist.
Music to me is like a living thing. Like a beautiful dancer who sometimes dances in the shadows, sometimes in light. Music is pain and Love, joy and sorrow. It is the story of our travel, home of the things which often go unsaid. My favorite kind of song is one that tells the truth. One that captures a piece of life.
My goal is for my music to reach people, for my words to touch at least one mind, that is my purpose.
Beyond Life and Beyond Death, Beyond Love and Beyond Loss there is Beauty...and the Beauty is True.
