| General | “The purpose of The DaVinci Society at the Missouri University of Science and Technology is to create a sustainable supportive environment for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender individuals and their allies.”
• To provide a network for discussion, support, and social interaction for students with lifestyles that are alternative to heterosexuality.
• To educate the campus and community about diversity issues and enhance communication about the negative consequences of prejudice and bigotry
• To provide members with educational opportunities aimed at preparing them for leadership roles in there professions and communities.

About me:
The DaVinci Society is an organization for non-heterosexual students, staff, faculty, and our heterosexual friends. We are based on the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus, but our meetings and activities are open to the public. All supportive individuals are invited to attend. We welcome gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and all of our straight allies.
Our weekly meetings are every Thursday at 9PM when Missouri S&T classes are in session.

For those who are concerned, DaVinci can be as anonymous as you like. Although socializing is encouraged, you are not required to give your name or sexual orientation to anyone at any time. This is also why no one can view our "friends" list.
