I am really into Kundalini Yoga and Raja Yoga. Both are very spiritual.
Power Yoga is cool for a great workout, so I throw that in at least twice a week~! Meditating and yoga are my every day practices. I love music, Art, Auras, Dreams, Astral Projection, Metaphysics,Travel, Adventure, The Ocean, The mountains, Film, Dancing, Zen,Energy Healing,Healthy Organic Food, Massage, Writing, The Sun, Great Books, and all things spiritual.
The world is a safe place with all things being possible… I feel that we are all one connecting on the spirit level. There is no difference when you are connected to spirit. We are spiritual beings living in a human body.
If something happens to your neighbor it is happening to you. You are me and I am you, therefore there is no separation. That is the way I see it.
The difference is in our experiences but at the soul level there is no difference.
