Behind each one there is a name, a band related with metal and hxc (Ubi Sunt?, Insomnia, Dkuajo) but now, united under the same name present this new band, kept like a secret in the Noain..s locals since november 2006. Faster than the jaguar of the chiapanec jungle, harder than the stone of the milenary pyramids, agressive like rituals in the name of Maya..s god Kukulkán, Dawn of the Maya play metalcore loaded by emotion and fury. They pick up sunshine..s baton of this mysterious culture, almost 5000 years after the beggining. "The feathered snake will come back to earth to make justice between the human race". SPANISH: Son muchas las historias detras de Dawn of the Maya, muchos grupos, muchos conciertos y experiencia en años de andadura. Estos 5 navarros son viejos conocidos de la escena metal en Navarra, detras de cada uno hay un nombre referente, Ubi Sunt?, Insomnia, Dkuajo, pero ahora, unidos bajo un mismo nombre nos presentan este secreto a voces que se ha estado gestando en los locales de Noain desde noviembre del 2006. Veloces como el galopar del jaguar en la selva Chiapaneca, duros como la piedra de las pirámides milenarias y agresivos como los rituales en nombre del mismísimo dios maya Kukulkán ofrecen un metalcore cargado de sentimiento y misticismo.
Dawn of the Maya recoge el testigo del amanecer de esta misteriosa cultura, casi 5000 años despues de que esta empezara. "La serpiente enplumada regresará a la tierra para hacer justicia entre los hombres". La profecía sigue viva...
