MySpace a place for friends

I'm in Juneau Alaska. Which you most likely know if you know me. I'm a groomer who is building a new business in a hard town to build a business in. With the rising cost, of well, everything! Times are tough. I wish for nothing more than to allow my husband to not fret or worry so much about being the sole provider. Maybe someday soon I can relieve him of that stress. :)

I am owned by a few parrots! Maya the Blue Front Amazon, my first parrot who turned 4 on June 5 08. Cosmo, my husbands Orange Winged Amazon who will be 2 in July. Cassidy who lives with us on and off was hatched in 97 and is a male Double Yellow Headed amazon. His mom has cancer so he is here most of the time, maybe to stay, maybe not. We love him as our own regardless. As for macaws we have Darwin our Blue and Gold that just turned 3 this month (happy hatchday sweetie!). We also have Franklin who will be 2 years old in August and Stewie who will be 1 year old in June who are both Scarlets. We have Ginger the Citron Crested Cockatoo who just turned 2, her and Darwin share a hatchday! lol She is a total doll and makes us all laugh. For the furred animals we have Bailey, who is a 14 year old mix of some sort who recently passed away and Aurora our german shepherd who just turned two. Our cat is named Bob. :)

I also do a special type of quilting. I love to quilt parrots! Take a look at my photos to see my work. I've not had much chance to put out any new work, I've been very busy building my grooming business.
