Sounds Like
The tentative title for the debut CD is "Divide by Zero", and will probably include most of the following songs:
All Night Long
All You Asked Me For
Anybody Out There
Awake I Lie
Breathless
Butterfly
Daydream Scene
Dry Your Eyes
Just Another Day
Losing You
Oasis
Reflection
Sunshine
Two Women
We'll post recordings of these songs as they get finished.
There are also some additional songs that are not as far along in the writing process (or may just not fit the overall theme of the CD), so while they may be considered for the first CD, it's more likely that they will be saved for the follow-up release.
Days Unchained is one of the premier cover bands performing in the Atlanta area and is currently performing live as a stripped-down rocking acoustic trio. However, on our debut CD of original songs many styles will be explored and several talented musicians will assist on various instruments.
Days Unchained is currently writing and recording material for a debut CD. The band will still be performing live while this creative process is going on so please keep checking our listing of shows; There will be opportunities to listen to a full night of Days Unchained, or you might hear us just do one set as part of an open mic, festival, or Acoustipalooza! event.
Our blog contains two entries which we continually update: (1) our setlist, and (2) a running diary listing all of our live performances. We started these from scratch since Mike came aboard as the new guitarist in March 2008. Our blog also includes lyrics to some of the original songs that we have written. Over time, we will be adding the audio samples of these songs as well.
Days Unchained is also a part of ACOUSTIPALOOZA!, a collection of local acoustic artists that occasionally partner up to play shows and bring great music and entertainment to Atlanta's music fans.
Please see www.myspace.com/acoustipalooza for details on what local artists are a part of this exciting venture, or just click on the first friend on our list

NOTE: We are establishing a local fan base here in Atlanta that wants to hear great music from us and other local artists in our circle. So unless we know you personally or you went to school with us, we will only be adding friends in the Atlanta area and surrounding suburbs. Of course, our friends that live in other cities will always be our comrades - we would never forget ya! But you won't see us adding thousands of people who will never have a chance to see us or hear us play. No point in that...

Hi! Thanks for the request! Nice to hear from you again. Keep me posted. I am sure we can work something out. I am sure it would be a blast to do a show together.
1) A "Bowen Grade 1" if it's obvious to all the refs, every fan, every player, every coach, and every security guard in the arena that you flopped, but yet you still raise hell like there's no tomorrow. 2) A "Ginobili Grade 1" if the movement of the air caused by a defender running along side you makes you fly no less than 8 feet in a direction completely opposite to that which your momentum is carrying you. 3) A "Ginobili Grade 2" if you fall to the ground after no contact, but stay down there for 5-10 seconds while pretending to gather yourself. 4) A "Duncan Grade 1" if if you flop while you are the offensive player taking a shot, then after hearing that you aren't being rewarding for acting your eyes literally increase in size by a factor of 3, and you hold back tears. 5) An "Oberto Grade 1" if you start falling when the player you are guarding is still 3 feet away from you. 6) An "Oberto Grade 2" if you flop on a dead ball. 7) A "Parker Grade 1" if your wife told Vanity Fair that she gets worried when she sees you lying on the ground during a game because she doesn't know if you are really hurt, but then explains to vanity fair that you told her you have to stay on the ground to make it seem as though you were really hit hard so you get the call the next time.
