When you think of future Lyricists you have to include D-BLESS, or you must be living in a non-existant hemisphere. D-BLESS is a Lyrical phenom. His words transcend beyond the musical spectrum listeners have grown accustomed to. His style is candidly captivating. To put it lightly, Demetrius Lathon is a breath of fresh air. The D-BLESS experience is a sensation worthy of acclaim and continual acknowledgement. He is wise beyond his years. Born on August 19, 1987, he has single-handedly proven why age is merely a metaphor.
The word play delivered from this talent requires voluntary double takes and countless rewinds. Seven years in the game is a long time for any Artist, yet his age flawlessly keeps him significant to fans from different age brackets. His charisma will aide him in dominating the softer aspect of his fan base while his street/book intellectual capabilities will keep him relevant and essential for the remainders. D-BLESS has an amazing sound that is unforgettable. His melodies are hypnotic. This could be based on the fact he hails from the Bronx, New York - the mutual home of legends like; KRS One, Big Pun, and Fat Joe just to name a few.

Mr. Lathon sites Jay-Z, Fabolous, Jadakiss, Camron, 50 Cent, Big Pun, and the late, great, Michael Jackson as his inspirations. When factoring in this Artist’s fluidity it is no wonder, he can even be placed in the studio with the likes of Pearl Jam and release a mega-hit, effortlessly. D-BLESS’ knowledge of the World, the Game, Love, Passion, the Streets, his Dreams, and his Determination permeates his music and everyone who has the privilege of hearing his jewels. The storytelling capabilities he possess are refreshingly original; it also helps separate him from other Artists, and highlights his substance.
His music makes your head nod uncontrollably, as if it were one with his flow. You will long for his jargon and re-sing his tracks in your mind, trust me.
