2 Great Quotes:
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
- Dr. Seuss
"My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable superior spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble mind."
- Albert Einstein
I sold
JaxaraTM in June of 2006 and currently split my time between being a Partner/Executive with
PantheonTM and with my latest venture -
CommuniCliqueTM - wich is a team collaboration tool with VoIP capabilities.
See

I Founded
JaxaraTM, the next generation of offshore software development in 2002.
JaxaraTM projected revenues of US$4.0 million for the fiscal year ending January 2006, and employed more than 30 people in 3 countries and regions when it was sold.
I am currently working on launching my first charity/non-profit -
Illuminate BangadeshTM, a non-profit entity, which will focus on training and preparing underpriveledged Bengali youth to participate in the Global Economy by teaching K-9 to read and write English and training high school and university students in modern information technologies and software practices.
Illuminate BangadeshTM also holds seminars in the United States to educate businesses on the benefits of outsourcing to Bangladesh. I visit Bangladesh 3-4 times per year to assist in the management of
Illuminate BangadeshTM.
I attended public elementary school and Washington DC's private DeMatha Catholic High School. I discovered my interest in software and business while attending DeMatha and have made a LOT of good connections and friends through their alumni network.
In 1999, I was contracted to program CatholicContacts.com.
I become a partner in CatholicContacts.com and after executing their exit strategy, I went on to found Jaxara.
Under my leadership, Jaxara's mission was to continually advance and improve global software development as a process, and change the way companies approach global software projects. Jaxara owned and operated global development centers in Bangladesh, Ukraine and Argentina.
Currently, I serve on the Board of Illuminate Bangladesh, CommuniClique and SearchToOwn.
I have managed the planning and setup of offshore software development, user interface development, quality assurance and testing centers in Dhaka, Bangadesh, Bangolore, India, Cordoba, Argentina, Kiev, Ukraine, Dalal, China and various other countries.
