About me: I was born and raised in New York City. I really do enjoy my own company and send most of my time in my place reading, playing music, taking pictures, searching the internet and bringing awareness to the inhumane acts going on in today's world. Most people describe me as a very laid back person. I don't really get angry and try to avoid confrontations. I love life, nature, independence, freedom and the sun shinning on my face. I also love the ballet (no I can't dance), music (Goth Rock, Dark Ambient, Goth Metal), art galleries, museums and the Botanical Garden. As any women, shopping is one of my favorite pastimes. I dislike control, authority and the societal structure in today's world. I stay away from conformists and try to surround myself with free and open minded thinkers. I abhor violence and believe that any situation can be resolve in a peaceful manner. I love reading in the park surrounded by trees, grass and lakes (and my ipod).
My all time love is photography. I am not the best photographer, but enjoy it just the same. I plan on doing some traveling in 2010. I would like to travel to Africa, in hopes of joining the ONE Campaign, in fighting proverty and helping in the efforts to end starvation around the world. I'll get to take a lot of photos. I have been truly blessed with a great mother who taught me the values of life. She no longer lives in my physical world, but still and always will live on in my spiritual world. I miss her very much. She was everything to me. I have no immediate family, but God has blessed me with truly good friends that I cherish with all my heart. They are always here for me, during bad times and good times and always support me in all my crazy endeavors. Currently, the three loves of my life are my two cats and my Canon Rebel XT.
