About me:
I'm 38, grew up in Huntington Beach, California; where I would like to live again someday. I really felt grounded while I was there…surfing recharged my life-force batteries. I started surfing in the Sixth grade and surfed up until the age of 21, when I joined the Army, I have not had the opportunity since.
I have lived all around the United States, from Maine to Orange County, California. I have a 12y.o. daughter whom I have had the honor of raising since she was 3 months old. I am a real person! My heart is on the outside of me so that everyone gets love from me. Those who feel it necessary to hurt another to feel good about themselves, and those who give not a second thought of hurting others (due to lack of compassion, sensitivity or just plain ignorance), may strike at it with whatever they may have in their ever growing arsenal of emotional weapons. What those people do not realize is that real people in touch with their feelings are truly protected and strong and the most damage they can hope to inflict upon us is a swift punch to the solar plexus, which may knock the wind out of us for a moment but only for one. "And Then It's On!!! Baby"
I am divorced (for about 11 years now), and single for most of that time, (wanting a female role model for my daughter), I found myself settling often!!! Eventually, I realized that I deserve to be happy and now I would rather be alone than to settle for someone who doesn't deserve the gifts I possess.
