Anna and Sarah are into princesses. Christine and Darryl are into family, travel, movies, music, movies. Christine likes to line dance. Darryl likes photography, sci-fi, and podcasts.Music
Anna really took a liking to "You Are My Sunshine" at the moment. Sarah is often times asking "who sings this?" Christine likes mostly pop music and listens to a local popular radio station. She also like Celtic/Irish music. Darryl likes a lot of different music. I have listened to a lot of Celtic lately and have enjoyed listening to the Celtic Folk Podcast. I really enjoy what many would refer to as classic rock (the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and etc).Movies
We all recently saw Shrek the Third, as the girls like Shrek. Christine saw the latest Harry Potter movie the other day and Darryl plans to see it in English shortly. Christine and Darryl enjoyed the Lord of the Rings movies. Darryl has seen all the Star Trek movies (although some are definately better than others!) and all the Star Wars movies.Television
The girls watch some regular German kiddie programs. Christine and Darryl regularly watch ER. They aired the first season of Boston Legal in the last few months and we really enjoyed that. We also have a collection of Friends dvds. Darryl has seen much of the Trek series.Books
Christine is getting reading for the final book of Harry Potter. Darryl is planning on reading the books after seeing the latest movie. One of these days Darryl hopes to read all of the Lord of the Rings! Christine and Darryl really enjoyed reading the Di Vinci Code.Heroes

Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
