The 9th annual Washington, DC Independent Film Festival: 11 days, over 100 films (features, shorts, animations, documentaries, student) and 30 themed film showcases, and the Washington, DC Independent Music Festival.

DCIFF is an award-winning annual festival that provides a truly unique experience where the public can come and immerse themselves in independent film culture in our nation's capital.
Where:
UDC 4200 Connecticut Avenue, Auditorium 46 (Metro stop is Van Ness-UDC on the red line). The festival will be held at the temporary site of the new DC Moving Image Center (DC MIC) of District of Columbia (currently at the University of the District of Columbia). The DC MIC will be the new landmark for independent film, where audiences can experience a festival, seminars, tradeshows, film markets, Music festival and receptions, ALL IN ONE LOCATION.
