    I love Mixed Martial Arts! I currently write news stories for FiveOuncesOfPain.com, which is one of the biggest MMA web sites around. I also love the NFL (GO KC CHIEFS!), college football (GO DUCKS!), NBA (GO BLAZERS!), Xbox360, BEER and JAEGER-BOMBS, and shooting bottle rockets at my neighbors.

    I love all sorts of music... .....except like jazz and Christmas crap.

    I like Grease, Borat, Austin Powers, The Dark Knight, Varsity Blues, Along Came Polly, Superbad, Knocked Up, horror movies, National Lampoons Vacation (all of them!), Boyz N The Hood, and soooooo many more it's ridiculous.

    Love me some LOST, Heroes, Real World/Road Rules Challenges, Family Guy, Hell's Kitchen, American Idol, anything related to MMA, SportsCenter, ESPNews, and that's really about it.
