His accent and taste for fine wines unveils a Parisian origin from where he quickly packed his guitar and history. Leaving a trail of broken hearts and questionable involvements in the Parisian underground, Doc Maestro has had the fortune of drinking champagne with the heirs of those who were close to DD Swank.
Son accent ainsi que son goût pour les vins raffinés trahissent une origine Parisienne. De sa ville il a précipitamment emporté sa guitare et son histoire, jonchée de maris trop jaloux et marquée par une implication précoce dans la culture alternative parisienne ; Il affirme même avoir pris une coupe de champagne sur le pont des arts avec un cercle d'initiés dont faisait partie DD.

Her past is her own. She remains a mystery even to the band members. Rumor has it that she comes from South East Asia and has traveled far and wide to retrace DD's steps. She only gives her voice to music. But if you listen carefully to her song, there is a definite history to be discovered in Mama B.
Son passé lui appartient. Elle demeure un mystère même pour les autres membres du groupe. Certaines rumeurs lui confèrent des origines dans le sud-est asiatique, mais elle aurait également beaucoup voyagé sur les traces de DD. Elle n'offre que sa voix à la musique, mais si vous écoutez attentivement, il y a tout un monde à découvrir chez Mama B

Breaking out of the Iron Curtain, Vladimir joins the group with amusing stories of DD’s sojourn in the “old country”, Russia. Vladimir’s seemingly stoic demeanor immediately dissolves the moment he plucks the first note out of his bass revealing the little boy who grew up too fast. Watch him play!
S'échappant du Rideau de fer, Vladimir se joint au groupe avec des anecdotes amusantes sur le séjour de DD dans le "vieux pays", la Russie. L'attitude supposément stoïque de Vladimir disparaît dès qu'il pince les cordes de sa contrebasse et en sort la première note! Le petit gars qui a grandi trop vite est rapidement démasqué par les tons de sa contrebasse. Regardez-le jouer!

QUI EST DD SWANK ?
Cette femme moderne d'un autre siècle a su bouleverser les conventions de son époque en sacrifiant une vie confortable et ennuyeuse comme prix de sa liberté. On la suppose Montréalaise d'origine, mais on retrouve des traces de ses passages éphémères dans plusieurs villes de plusieurs continents. Certains affirment que les villes qu'elles a traversées l'ont changée. D'autres prétendent que c'est l'inverse. Et dans chacune de celles-ci, DD Swank, n'a jamais laissé derrière elle qu'un carnet, son parfum et une grande nostalgie.
DD SWANK - LE GROUPE
Ces voyageurs ont suivi la trace de DD jusqu'à ses origines : Montréal. Depuis, ils racontent en musique l'odyssée de DD Swank de ville en ville, d'amours en blessures, de nostalgie en découvertes, et comment, au contact de tant de cultures différentes, elle annonçait déjà ce que serait Montréal près d'un siècle plus tard.
Je te fais une petite visite pour te saluer et te souhaiter de superbes fêtes bien entourré des gens qui te sont chers et puisse tes rêves devenir réalités et ton grand coeur apprécié ! Pour ces fêtes j'aimerais voir 6 millards de gens aimés, respectés, valorisés, nourris et heureux !
