Tune in to WMUC FM 88.1 every Thursday night at midnight EST for The Iron Tortoise: True Metal Radio. You can expect all the classic bands as well as great underground bands you may have never heard of. I cover everything from traditional heavy metal, to power, to thrash, to death, to black, to doom, and back again. Just take a look at the "sounds like" section to see a list of bands that I've played in the past. Requests are more than welcome, so you can call in to the studio at 301-314-8800 or message me on AOL instant messenger at the screen name TerpMetalRadio. I'm working on getting an MSN messenger account, too. You don't even have to be in the College Park area to tune in. WMUC streams the broadcast online on our website, so visit wmucradio.com and click on the appropriate links on the left side of the webpage to listen from your computer anywhere in the world. The website also contains links to my DJ profile, show profile, and current and past playlists.
