The lineup for to day started in spring 2004 by playing styff by The Dictators, Aerosmith, GN´R and other great bands. The band has recorded two demos but now things might turn. A new album is in the works - It's up to and including the final song arrangements and the band picked thier producer (the guy who produces meshuggah, among others), engineer and studio. All that's left is the final vocal arrangements, the artwork (the draft would be some kind of el dia de los muertos stuff).

Estrella are into the competition to play at the O2 Wireless Festival. The top ten finalists in the competition get to play at the 02 Wireless Festival. The winner receives a £5,000 bursary and gets to play on the main stage at the 02 Wireless Festival.
Over the next week the public can vote for the band of their choice on the O2 website. The higher up the ratings, the more likely the band will get noticed by the judges. The judges will pick the eventual winners at the beginning of March and the public get to choose the eleventh "wildcard" entry.
