March 2006 heralded the arrival of Dead Hours onto Adelaide's metal scene. Their dedication to originality and outgoing difference has seen this four piece band channel their excessive energy into an intense onstage performance.
Whilst shredding guitars and brutal uncompromising vocals and rhythm sections provide the basis for all Dead Hours material, they choose not to pigeonhole themselves to just one particular style of metal. Instead of limiting themselves, the band are firm believers that if music comes from the heart and is projected from the soul, then this is the way it should be played.
Having already shared the stage with some of Adelaide’s best metal acts (Diatribe, Double Dragon, Truth Corroded, A Red Dawn, Deafening Silence and more), Dead Hours hope to continue to see this list grow. Playing recently at Against the Grain 2 was a highlight for the band with the chance to play alongside bands such as Daysend, The Abandonment, Black like Vengeance and Nothing Remains.
