Having previously been playing with We Free Kings, www.myspace.com/wfkmusic Stanley Imbiss & Johnny Clash started Dead Plants in the early 1990’s. We piled in the van, headed south and became a travelling band, moving from town to town. We played anywhere & everywhere on the grand stages & in the gutter, from Hamburg to Havana and from San Francisco to Saint Bonnet le Chateau. In Ireland we hooked up with Trashcan Kurtz, the harmonica man from Cork city .
Recent members to the Dead Plants collective include Tom Smith on drums, Smokin’ Pete on harmonica & Terry Squeeze on accordion, Tony Higgins on drums.
