I have failed to secure the backing needed for animators to take this project to the next level. Thanks go out to the folks @ MEEZ for supporting me as much as they have. Time is a huge factor when you have a novelty idea and the time for a MEEZ Generated Heavy Metal Band has passed!
My search for musicians to help bring DEAD RAGE into the real world as a live, touring act has also been unsuccessful. It is with a heavy heart that I put this project to rest!

DEAD RAGE began life as four 3D computer generated characters playing old school heavy metal music! The band members were created by vocalist Don "Wicked D" Harrison at www.meez.com using their 3D I.D. MEEZMAKER.
Wicked D was first exposed to the idea by way of Anthrax's Scott Ian, OTEP's Shamaya and former FUSETV icon, Mistress Juliya who all had 3D likenesses created from the site.
Taking it one step further, he created a fantasy band, dressing them in wild fashion and face paint. Then decided to place them along with music he had written onto a myspace account. The name DEAD RAGE was chosen and is actually an amalgam of two band names used by Wicked D in the past.
On March 13, 2007 www.myspace.com/deadragemusic was born! There was an almost immediate and overwhelming word of mouth response. Hundreds of site views, hundreds of song plays and emails on top of emails wanting to know more about DEAD RAGE.

August 9, 2008 marked the end of The DEAD RAGE Project!

I really like ‘Conscience of Man’ reminds me a lot of UK METAL band SAXON who were a big favourite of mine 10 years ago. I have been into music all my life from the Stones, Floyd and Jimi in the 60s to Hard Rock & METAL from the 70s onwards, with Guns, Maiden, Motorhead, WASP and now with Slayer, Airbourne and Lamb of God.
