About dead seachickens

Since ２００１.
We departed as gothic rock band, heavy rock band at first.
We come to aim at heavy sound such as NEUROSIS or ISIS from beautiful locks such as SMASHING PUMPKINS, THE SMITH, THE CURE now.
Our sound expresses a thing (beauty, indecency, innocence, a brutality) thinking to be the extremes of our thought.
I announce 1st mini album 'flagments'　in December, 2008.

2001年結成。
当初はゴスロック、ヘヴィロックバンドであったが、幾度かのメンバーの入れ替えを経て今のメンバーに落ち着くうちに音楽性も変化。
SMASHING PUMPKINS、THE SMITH、THE CUREなどのメランコリックなロックからNEUROSISやISISなどのヘヴィ・エクスペリメンタルまでを意識したサウンドを目指すようになる。
また歌詞や世界観でも美しいものと醜いもの、無垢なものと残酷なもの、両極端なものを表現することをコンセプトにしている。
2008年12月に1st mini album「flagments」を発表
