Deadsoul Tribe was founded in 2000 by Devon Graves, former member of Psychotic Waltz. A year later the debut album "Deadsoul Tribe" was released and proved to be a success with former Psychotic Waltz fans and beyond.
Graves is the singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music is both philosophical and challenging. "Everything I write has a message, an approach to poetry," he says. "It's the major function of poetry not to provide answers, but to raise questions - to be thought provoking and to create space for individual interpretations."
Together with drummer Adel Moustafa, who also plays the drums on the records, the guitarist Roland ..Rollz.. Kerschbaumer and bass player Roland Ivenz, Deadsoul Tribe is known for their stirring stage performance.

Hey Adel, hello man,thx a lot for your bulletin msg. I had the chance to see Dead Soul Tribe in Greece in An Club,Eksarxeia back in 2005-2006, so I have really No complaint about DST gigs, because you were giving quite a lot gigs these days!! :D Anyway, I hope you made the right decision for yourselves, your families and your friends; I have to thank you for all fine music all these years, and especially yr first 2 albums which i always liked a lot since they came out, they were not just another Psychotic Waltz kind of fix, but sth entirely different, new &fresh. :D So, Best Luck for now, keep rocking and progressing as individuals and artists of course. „This is It“ Here is now the Announcement of the end from the Band “Deadsoul tribe” First we want to thank all of the loyal DST fans and friends who supported us over all those years. In the past 10 years of travelling and performing in several different Countries and Areas we met so many great and nice people we will never forget, well actually there will be much more we gonna miss,…great memories that is what we`ll take with us ! Maybe some of you asking yourself what Happens, well we 4 are still friends, but with Deadsoul tribe we finally didn’t got to the point were we thought we would be at that time even if we had such a wonderful time. And as life and people are changing, also WE changed! And to start something else/new we thought the best and maybe last time for it would be right now, as we also won’t get younger, right *lol*.Another thing is that we made a live Dvd(some of u knew about) but there are no info whether or when we release that, but Adel is still taking care here and than on the Myspace site and if any news about the Dvd comming up you will find them there .Well let`s see what the future brings, but for now we finally have to say “Good Bye” to all of you and THX so much 4 the wonderful Journey we had the last decade, best wishes much *LOVE* and take care,…Greetz from “The Tribe” - Devon, Adel, Roland, Rollz,…” A Lullaby for Deadsoul Tribe ”
Liebstes Adelchen, na alles klar bei Dir? Hoffe, Du bist bis jetzt wieder ganz fit. Ist bei euch in Wien auch so warm momentan?? Nächste Woche kommt bei uns in meiner Stadt schon wieder der Weihnachtsmarkt, aber es ist einfach zu warm für Glühwein ;) Dies Jahr ist auch schon fast vorbei ohne Dich gesehen zu haben... kann doch nicht Wahr sein... naja ich halte meine Hoffnung weiter. Sonst sehen wir uns vieleicht in unseren Träume ;)
