"Deafclub Deluxe are hard to pin down. They'll go from an instrumental raga to a short, sharp, snappy, rockin, pop tune; from a country ballad to an anthemic, extended guitar wig-out; from a rolling, folksy singalong to a prog-punk headfuck. And the best bit? It all sounds identifiably like the same band. It's organic. It's Deafclub Deluxe."
Originally formed by old friends as a excuse to get out of the house in 2001 and known as Deafclub.
With nothing to prove and a collective love of all kinds of music the band built their set up around the tunes of singer/songwriter Mr Watson and started playing live to great reviews.
The band went through various different line ups and configurations with members joining, leaving and then joining again until finally in Christmas 2006 the band members left picked up all the pieces and fitted them together and introduced Deafclub Deluxe.
