About me:
Small Mangagement Company, based in Los Angeles created to provide representation and to advocate for the inclusivity of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Models within the fashion industry.
Consider DEAF-in-it!
The Deaf Community is an often underserved and overlooked talent pool. We are small enough to give very special attention and management to those we are able to represent. Staff is Sign Language user friendly and avail Interpreters skilled/certified in ASL.
We inspire and mentor the Deaf to be about the change they want to see in the world! We coached and launched the modeling careers of Deaf models, Floyd McClain Jr, and Karina Melendez. We also represented Deaf Basketball player, Osei Morris of "The LA Stars" ABA Team.
This space will be for diverse deaf models, deaf designers, modeling agencies, magazines and photographers open to learning how to interact with one another, to dyspelling myths and to the possibility of providing opportunities toward bridging the gap between our communities.
