Award-winning film composer DEANE OGDEN is known for his experimental sensibilities and keen sense of filmic timing having written and conducted the scores for feature films such as The Sensei, In the Eyes of a Killer, Dreams On Spec, Family, and the highly anticipated The Way Home starring Dean Cain and directed by Lance Dreesen.
Deane also wrote the original themes for the U.S. Olympic swim and diving teams during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and has written for some of the last decade's most acclaimed series television programming, including music for Survivor, Exploration with Richard Wiese, HBO's critically-acclaimed The Wire, NBC hits The Apprentice, LAX, and Medical Investigation, and TNT's remake of the Stephen King classic Salem's Lot, starring Rob Lowe and Donald Sutherland.
As an A-list drummer and percussionist, Deane’s list of accomplishments both in the studio and on the live stage reads like a “who’s who” in the AOR, RnB, and Top 40 genres including Tina Turner, Sheryl Crow, Seal, Kenny Loggins, Dido, Natasha Bedingfield, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, Hall & Oates, Usher, Michelle Branch, Rihanna, Joss Stone, Corinne Bailey Rae, Eve, Al Green, Mary J. Blige, and Jewel, just to name a few.
