On the new album 'Heal my violence' Dear Euphoria goes against the grain with their at times quite experimental and unpolished music. With courage they move between alternative poptunes, athmospheric indie-hymns and avant-gard. Every piece lives its own little life. In the end it is the melancholistic soaring melodies and characteristic frail voice of Elina Johansson that ties it all together. Like a beautiful red thread running through the stilistic schizophrenia.
