Books, music - pretty much any type, any style; in my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends, I also like to play those stupid online games at msn and yahoo.
When I have spare time I like to write and take photos(some of which I post here). Some people like my stuff, some don't. It's out there some times and not everyone gets it. Either way, feel free to leave a comment about it.
Music
I listen to a little bit of everything. From NIN to the Doors to Sublime to Cowboy Mouth to Keith Urban to what ever is playing on the local blues station. I'm not big on rap but there are a few songs I do like. I also have an appreciation for classical music.
My current favorites - Damien Rice, Butch Walker, Cowboy Mouth, Cracker, Gorrilaz, Weezer, Red Rocket Deluxe, Nekkid, John Meyer, Sublime, Garbage, Poe and a few others.
Got a suggestion of someone I might like, let me know. I'm always looking for new bands and styles of music.
Movies
I love horror movies, Sci-Fi, and anything that will keep me guessing till the end. 'Dogma' is one of my favorites, so is 'A Nightmare Before Christmas' and 'My Fair Lady'. I'm also a bit of a SG-1 fan...
Television
As often as possible I like to watch the Simpsons when I get home from work. I also try to catch Family Guy when I can. My new obsession is Deadliest Catch!
And anything on HGTV or Bravo or Discovery.
That's about it.
Books
Hmmm, books. So many...let's see. Anything by Stephen King, especially the Dark Tower books. Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, and I can't forget Tom Robbins. And I will even admit, I like the Harry Potter series as well. I also like books that help me to grow as a person, mentally, spiritually, or emotionally.
I love to shop for books at Goodwill or used book stores. You never know what you’ll find and you can normally get a great deal. I love to pick up a book that I’ve never heard of and read it based solely on the picture on the cover or the comments from reviews. I’ve found so many wonderful books that way.
