This young Hispanic started making music and writing lyrics at age 15. Since then he has done shows with names like Too Short, Baby Bash, Paul Wall, and Twista just to name a few. Having recorded hundreds of tracks and doing large amounts of shows he definitely does not lack experience. His swift lyrics and smooth style is slowly developing into one of the most versatile around. Hungry and humble he has just realeased his first Album DeathB4Despair with engineering and production by Shan Dan Horan of Shan Dan Studios and some beats by Scrilla from the Hit Squad. Producing and engineering vocals and beats he is becoming the total package. G loves his fans and does it for the Zona. Motown legends the Temptations will be at Prochnow Auditorium on NAU Campus this Saturday September 26th. Doors are at 7, show is at 8pm and its all ages. The Temptations are known for their plethora of hits including My Girl, Ain't Too Proud To Beg, The Way You Do The Things You Do, Beauty Is Only Skin Deep, Papa Was A Rolling Stone, Cloud Nine, I Wish It Would Rain, Ball of Confusion, and I Can't Get Next To You to name a few.
Their show consists of a 23-piece band doing all the classic soul music you can handle.
Also, don't miss the Red Elvises at the Green Room on Friday September 25th. Doors at 8, show at 9. The Red Elvises play "kick-ass music from Siberia." Thie sound includes rock’n roll, surf, rockabilly, reggae, lounge and traditional Russian styles of music. Believing that one cannot go wrong with “The King” Elvis Presley as an inspiration and with “red” being not only their favorite color but the national color of their native country, the band name Red Elvises was created. Their show is not only rockin, but also pretty funny.

This Monday internationally acclaimed DJ and performance artist Shpongle comes to Flagstaff's Green Room. A new world of traditional sounds, acoustic guitars, Moroccan drums, Turkish operatic singing, cello, double bass, backing vocals and silver flute blended together with the computer wizardry of Simon Posford's studio production. His international fan base has flowered from country-wide to world-wide in the last ten years. This year alone he has played over 16 sell out gigs around the world, each with a capacity of over 1500 people, in Australia, Israel, New York, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Moscow, Geneva, Montreal, and Tokyo to name just a few.
Joining Shpongle will be VJ Zebbler who does sick projections as well as Arche Dream for Humankind, a blacklight mask and dance troupe. This event is going to be amazing and if you like trippy world beat/electronica you will dig!

The Yard Dogs Road Show is a hobo cabaret, a living patchwork of vaudeville and rock and roll. In the enchanting land of stage show entertainment theirs is both pleasant and formidable terrain. They require a sensitivity to the subtle and the absurd. They lead the modern hobohemian on a visual and sonic journey through part of history that may or may not have existed – followed by an ambitious return to the emotional challenges of our punch-drunk contemporary world. It’s a true story on stage: sword swallowers, dancing dolls, fire eaters and sunset hobo poetry - all animated by the live sounds of the Yard Dogs cartoon heavy band. Yard Dogs Road Show is pure visual and sonic voodoo.
