WHISPER IN THE NIGHT
Roxxi Marvelous, Johnny and Benny Blaze, Maxx Tungsten, and Ryan Hellfire. These names are soon to be immortalized as the band Death Medicine. Their outrageous fashion and unruly musicianship reflect the parts of the world from which they came: Roxxi is from the L.A. hair-metal scene, Johnny and Benny are farm-raised good-old-boys from Southern Illinois, though Benny ran away from home at the age of 14 to pursue a career as a professional surfer, while Johnny stayed home to look after the farm and work nights at the local steel mill. Ryan Hellfire took time out of his professional drum tour of Sweden to tour with the band and never looked back, and Maxx…well, no one knows, but there are rumors that Maxx was born of the molten iron at the center of the earth, that his bones are actually made of the world’s heaviest and hardest metal, tungsten. From these roots was born a new sound, each member contributing from their own unique background. This sound is filled with grit and glamor, stories of excess and stories of the working class, of love and loss, of death and life. It is…Death Medicine.

Greetings Do excuse the 'spam', but I have three new songs up on the page, each from a different upcoming album.
One from the sleepers / hellmouth split, which will be out in the next few weeks on cassette from Marygarden Tapes.
One from the first full length Sleepers album (along with the other two 'untitled' songs), also coming out on Marygarden, but on CD.
One from the collaboration album between Sleepers and Jason "EVIL" Covelli, with all words and voice by Jason, and all sounds and editing from myself.
I have been working endlessly on new material for Sleepers, and I am very excited for the progression of this project. I believe it may have even taken over Bicycle Sighs' place as my 'main' project. A lot of the albums listed on the page are still seeking homes, but I do believe I will be able to maintain a solid and consistent output, as Sleepers has unlocked something deep inside of my mind.
I am, as always, still seeking out new collaborators, in aural, literary, and visual additions.

Salutations. After this page having been up for so long, and having been so very blank, I am proud to finally announce that Sleepers has music.
